There does not appear to be any specialized program for services with ASD’s at Appalachian State, but the dean of the school of education recently hosted a session for ASU faculty on working with students on the spectrum (warning: Napoleon Dynamite analogy). The school is also listed as “friendly” for students with Asperger’s.
