Despite inclusion on a listing of “Very Friendly” schools for students with Asperger’s,  there is no reference to a specialized ASD program on Dowling’s website. However, their NCATE report of 2004 reports that:

“…coordinated with Community Enterprises of New York (CENY), and The Cody Center at SUNY, Stony Brook, faculty members of the Special Education Department provide support services for Dowling students diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome. In addition, the Unit has a long and successful track record in sponsoring the Dowling College Program for Potentially Gifted College Students with Learning Disabilities. The program provides intensive services to assist potentially gifted students with learning disabilities to achieve their maximum potential.”

The latter program is described here.
